I always worked many promotional events and noticed bartenders were needed. I signed up for Stephanie’s class with no real understanding of what it actually takes to bartend. I was super nervous and not confident at all. By day two I felt extremely comfortable and prepared to put my training to use. 2 years later I’m still bartending in addition to my full time job and it’s great extra income. I would recommend this class to anyone. Bartending is a great skill to have and this class will most definitely help you feel prepared to jump behind the bar.

I definitely feel like I learned a new skill set. Before the course I had absolutely no idea about counts or pours. I am definitely much better with mixing cocktails. Shortly after our class I actually was offered a bartending job at BQE. I would definitely recommend friends to go through the same course of training.

It was back in 2010 and Bar Savvy needed an extra hand for a really important client, Porsche/Modern Luxury to be exact. I offered to help if she could teach me the basics and that’s exactly what she did. I walked into a luxury event with the skills and the confidence to get it done. Stephanie made the time to walk through the basics of bartending while incorporating additional best practices of the trade. Over the years I have served at several private events and would not have had the opportunity to do so without the training provided my Stephanie.

When Stephanie asked me to be a bartender for BarSavvy in October 2011, she was in need of an extra person for a wedding; so I obliged and I came with her she literally taught me everything from set up to presentation to how the drinks are supposed to be made with the correct measurements to how the bottles are supposed to be organized from dark to light the types of wines that are poured correctly and each type of correct glassware she is extremely detailed professional and is a genius at cutting fruit and making her bars all look like they stand out from the rest I know when I attend an event I can tell that Bar Savvy is the behind the bar. Ever since that day I have been actively bartending for her company for eight years now and I have learned so much from the type of cocktails to pour what liquor goes best with what foods and literally everything there is to know about bartending and being a professional around celebrity and corporate clientele!
